Above is an illustration prepared by a student, Yu-Wen Chung, for an assignment in the course in Vertebrate Neural Systems at Michigan State University. She used an image of a stained section from the Museum collections to prepare this illustration of the architecture of the spinal cord of a teleost fish, a Rainbow Trout, Salmo gairdneri.
